THE CONTEST AND RAFFLE ARE SEPARATE PROMOTIONS, AND ENTRY INTO EITHER IS FREE. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER, WIN, OR CLAIM A PRIZE FOR THE CONTEST OR RAFFLE. A PURCHASE OR UNDERTAKING ANY REFERRAL EFFORTS AS DESCRIBED HEREIN WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. YOU HAVE NOT YET WON.

PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST AND RAFFLE IS OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND D.C., 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

PLEASE CAREFULLY REVIEW THESE OFFICIAL RULES. BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY INTO THE CONTEST OR RAFFLE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS HEREOF.

The Pit Viper 2026 Internet Fair Contest and Raffle (the “Contest” and “Raffle,” and together, the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Pit Viper, LLC (“Pit Viper” or “Sponsor”) and shall be administered by Sponsor or its designee (“Administrator”). By participating in any component of the Promotion, each Entrant (as defined below) unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Promotion Terms, Conditions and Rules (the “Official Rules”) and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

1. PROMOTION DESCRIPTION, TIMING AND DETAILS: The Promotion is offered by Pit Viper.

The Contest portion of the Promotion starts June 15, 2026, at 12:01:00 AM Mountain Time and ends June 25, 2026, at 11:59:59 PM Mountain Time (the “Contest Period”). The Contest is comprised of five separate contests (each, a “Subcontest”): The Great American Belly Flop Challenge, The Milk Chugging Contest, The Colossal Critter Contest, The Wet Pit Viper Contest, and The Official Internet Talent Show. Each Subcontest may have different criteria or requirements, as conveyed by Pit Viper at PitViper.com and via Pit Viper’s social media accounts. Entries will be accepted for each Subcontest based on the schedule below, where all entries into a Subcontest must be submitted within the indicated Subcontest entry period (and by the Subcontest entry period deadline). Five (5) total potential winners (one (1) per Subcontest) will be selected in the Contest, with the winner of each Subcontest announced on the date indicated.

The Great American Belly Flop Challenge: Entry period of 12:01:00 AM Mountain Time June 15, 2026 through 11:59:59 PM Mountain Time June 17, 2026 (potential winner announced June 18, 2026).

The Milk Chugging Contest: Entry period of 12:01:00 AM Mountain Time June 18, 2026 through 11:59:59 PM Mountain Time June 19, 2026 (potential winner announced June 20, 2026).

The Colossal Critters Contest: Entry period of 12:01:00 AM Mountain Time June 20, 2026 through 11:59:59 PM Mountain Time June 21, 2026 (potential winner announced June 22, 2026).

The Wet Pit Viper Contest: Entry period of 12:01:00 AM Mountain Time June 22, 2026 through 11:59:59 PM Mountain Time June 23, 2026 (potential winner announced June 24, 2026).

The Official Internet Talent Show: Entry period of 12:01:00 AM Mountain Time June 24, 2026 through 11:59:59 PM Mountain Time June 25, 2026 (potential winner announced June 26, 2026).

The Raffle Component of the Promotion starts June 15, 2026, at 12:01:00 AM Mountain Time and ends June 25, 2026, at 11:59:59 PM Mountain Time (the “Raffle Period”). Entries for the Raffle must be received within the Raffle Period. The potential winner of the Raffle Grand Prize will be announced on June 26, 2026.

Pit Viper’s website database clock is the official time keeping device and record for this Promotion and is final and undisputable.

2. ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible to enter the Contest or the Raffle, you must be a legal resident of the United States or the District of Columbia and be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. The Promotion is not open to employees of Pit Viper, or any of its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees and advertising or promotional agencies, or to the immediate family members of, or to any persons domiciled with (whether or not related), any such employees. By submitting an entry, you represent that you satisfy all Promotion eligibility requirements.

3. HOW TO ENTER:

Contest Entry: You may enter the Contest by visiting pitviper.com, or filling out a submission form on Pit Viper’s social media channels (@pit_viper on Instagram, @pitviperlifestyle on Facebook, @pitvipersunglasses on TikTok, or @pitvipershades on Twitter). You will need to submit your name, email address and phone number in order to be eligible to win. You will also be required to provide photo or video content as your submission to the Contest, as further described at the time of your submission. LIMIT TWO (2) ENTRIES PER PERSON PER SUBCONTEST. Any attempt to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void such entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Normal time, toll, connection and usage rates, if any, charged by your Internet service provider will apply. AN ENTRY MUST BE RECEIVED DURING THE SPECIFIC SUBCONTEST ENTRY PERIOD TO BE ELIGIBLE. No other means of transmission or delivery other than as set forth in this Section 3 will be accepted. Late, incomplete or misdirected entries will be declared void and will be ineligible to win.

Raffle Entry: The following methods may be used to enter the Raffle. You may receive one (1) entry into the Raffle by visiting pitviper.com and simply providing your name and email address. LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON THROUGH THIS METHOD OF ENTRY. If you are not already a member of Pit Viper’s Pitcoin loyalty program, you may enter the Raffle by joining Pit Viper’s Pitcoin loyalty program. Upon becoming a new member of Pit Viper’s Pitcoin loyalty program, you will receive one (1) entry into the Raffle. LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON THROUGH THIS METHOD OF ENTRY. You may also enter the Raffle by successfully referring another individual to Pit Viper’s Pitcoin loyalty program where such individual becomes a valid member of such program (as verified by Pit Viper in its sole discretion). You will receive one (1) Entry into the Raffle per verified referral. NO LIMIT TO NUMBER OF ENTRIES PER PERSON THROUGH THIS METHOD OF ENTRY. Finally, for each valid entry into the Contest as described above, you will automatically receive one (1) Entry into the Raffle.

4. PRIZES: For each successful submission of a Contest Entry, you will receive Prize of 420 of earned Pitcoin loyalty reward points in Pit Viper’s Pitcoin Program. One (1) winner of each Subcontest will receive 25,000 of earned Pitcoin loyalty reward points. One (1) winner of the Raffle will receive a Grand Prize of 100,000 of earned Pitcoin loyalty reward points. The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of all Prizes in the Contest and Raffle is dependent on the number of valid entries. The AVR of the Prize awarded for any valid entry into the Contest is $4.20. The ARV of the Prize awarded to the winner of each Subcontest within the Contest is $250. The ARV of the Grand Prize for the Raffle is $1,000.

5. DETERMINATION OF POTENTIAL WINNERS: Pit Viper will judge eligible entries to each Subcontest based primarily on creativity, humor, entertainment value, and any additional criteria as may described at PitViper.com or Pit Viper’s social media channels with respect to each Subcontest. On June 23, 2026, through June 27, 2026 on or around 12:00 PM Mountain Time on each day, Pit Viper will announce its determination of the potential winners of each respective Subcontest. The potential winner of each Subcontest will, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, be eligible to win the corresponding Prize. Pit Viper will determine the winner of the Raffle Grand Prize through a random drawing conducted by Pit Viper after the expiration of the Raffle Period, on a date and time to be determined by Pit Viper in its discretion. The potential winner for the Raffle Grand Prize will be announced by Pit Viper on June 26, 2026. The potential winner of the Raffle will, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, be eligible to win the Grand Prize.

6. AWARDING OF PRIZES: Each potential winner of a Prize will be contacted by email, phone, or via Instagram direct message with instructions on how to claim his/her Prize. The potential winner must follow such instructions and submit his or her required information within seventy-two (72) hours of notification. For purposes of these Official Rules, after submitting his/her required information, the potential winner shall become a winner (“Winner”). If a potential winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules or declines to accept a Prize, or if Pit Viper is unable to contact such person within a reasonable period, or in the event that the Prize notification is returned undeliverable, the Prize will be forfeited and, at Pit Viper’s sole discretion, the Prize may be awarded to an alternate entrant selected at random until a Winner is identified. The potential winner may be required to furnish proof of identification to determine eligibility. Prizes may not be transferred or redeemed for cash (except to the extent required by applicable law) and must be accepted as awarded, with no substitutions of any kind, except substitutions made by Pit Viper, who reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a Prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Winners of Prizes involving PitCoin must have or create a valid membership in the PitCoin Program (the free rewards program offered by PitCoin) in order to receive their Prize. A Winner’s receipt and use of PitCoin (including any redemption of PitCoin) is subject to the terms of conditions of the PitCoin program, as updated by Pit Viper from time to time and available at https://www.pitviper.com/pages/pitcoin-loyalty-program-terms-conditions. Under current PitCoin Program terms and conditions, an amount of 100 Pitcoin may be redeemed for a $1.00 discount towards a purchase of merchandise offered by Pit Viper at its retail web site, and amounts of unredeemed PitCoin expire within twelve (12) months of earning such PitCoin. All federal, state, and local taxes, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use are the Winner’s responsibility. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use, and agree to provide any tax-related documentation, forms, or information to Pit Viper as may be required under applicable law.

7. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:
a. By entering, you (i) agree to comply with these Official Rules including all eligibility requirements, (ii) warrant that any information you provide in connection with this Contest is true and accurate, and (iii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Pit Viper which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest. Entrants who have not complied with these Official Rules are subject to disqualification and all associated entries will be void.
b. Pit Viper reserves the right to disqualify any entrant’s registration in the Contest or Raffle (and void all associated entries) or entitlement to a Prize, if, in the sole discretion of Pit Viper, it determines or suspects that the entrant has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest.
c. Any photographs or videos submitted in connection with any Contest entries must be your original work and not contain any unauthorized third-party copyrighted works or trademarks or any material that violates or infringes another’s rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights. You should be able to provide all appropriate clearances, permissions, and releases for your entry, otherwise Pit Viper reserves the right, in Pit Viper’s sole discretion, to disqualify your entry. Your entry must not disparage any other person or party, including Pit Viper, or contain any material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libelous, or that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age, that is unlawful, or in violation of or contrary to any laws or regulations where the entry is created or that is otherwise not appropriate for audiences of all ages, in each case, in Pit Viper’s sole discretion.
d. If a dispute arises regarding who submitted any online entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address provided at time of entry and he/she must comply with these Official Rules. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
e. Any participant in the Promotion is solely responsible for any costs incurred by such participant while undertaking any activities in connection with the Promotion, including but not limited to the costs of any items or materials used in preparing, undertaking or producing a photo or video, or undertaking any efforts to refer any other person to Pit Viper’s PitCoin Program. By participating in the Promotion and/or receiving a prize, and in exchange for being allowed to participate in the Promotion and/or receive a prize, EACH PARTICIPANT AGREES TO RELEASE, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS Pit Viper, Administrator, each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and each such company or organization's respective suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, insurers, successors, representatives, officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) FROM AND AGAINST ANY CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, DAMAGE TO OR LOSS OF PROPERTY, OR COSTS INCURRED BY ANY PARTICIPANT, ARISING OUT OF THE PARTICIPANT'S PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST OR THE PARTICIPANT'S RECEIPT OR USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE. As a condition of participating or entering the Contest, you further agree: (i) that under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain awards for, and you hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages (other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses) from Pit Viper; (ii) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest or a prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (iv) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, and in no event will you be entitled to receive attorneys’ fees or court costs. Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations on damages or the ability to seek damages through a class action, so some of these restrictions may not apply to you. You further understand and agree that all rights under Section 1542 of the Civil Code of California (“Section 1542”) and any similar law of any state or territory of the United States that may be applicable with respect to the foregoing release are hereby expressly and forever waived. You acknowledge that Section 1542 provides that: “A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE AND THAT, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER MUST HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY.” Any and all guarantees and warranties and conditions for merchandise prizes are subject to the manufacturer’s and/or service provider’s terms and conditions, and winners agree to look solely to such manufacturers and/or service providers for any warranty, condition or guarantee claim.
f. Pit Viper reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, modify or suspend this Promotion (or the Contest or Raffle component of the Promotion) at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason, including if fraud, technical failures (including any network server or hardware failure), viruses, bugs, errors in programming, or any other causes corrupt the administration, security or integrity of the Contest. In the event of cancellation, Pit Viper reserves the right to determine the potential winners from among all eligible, nonsuspect entries received up to the time of such cancellation.
g. Pit Viper does not warrant that access to the Promotion will be uninterrupted. Pit Viper is not responsible for, and you hereby waive any claim arising from, any problems that may arise, including, without limitation: (i) inaccessible or unavailable networks, websites, or other connection or accessibility problems; (ii) failed, delayed or misdirected communications, including any lost, late, stolen, incomplete, illegible or undelivered entries; (iii) technical malfunctions, printing, clerical, or other errors in connection with the administration of the Contest or the offering or announcement of the Prizes; (iv) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information in connection with the Contest; (v) damage to a user’s system occasioned by participation in this Contest; or (vi) any other errors of any kind relating to or in connection with the Contest.
h. BY ENTERING THE CONTEST OR RAFFLE, PARTICIPANTS IN THE PROMOTION ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT EVERYTHING REGARDING THE CONTEST AND RAFFLE, INCLUDING THE WEBSITES, APPS, ENTRY PAGES AND THE PRIZES, ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND THAT TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PIT VIPER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS REGARDING THE PRIZES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR OR GENERAL USE OR PURPOSE.

8. ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ASSUMPTION OF RISKS: By participating in the Promotion, EACH PARTICIPANT ACKNOWLEDGES AND EXPRESSLY ASSUMES THE RISKS OF PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, which include, but are not limited to, slipping, tripping, falling, dehydration and exhaustion; exposure to inclement weather and the elements, sickness due in whole or in part to exposure to inclement weather or the elements, injuries caused by animals, other injuries, and mental distress or anguish due to exposure to any of the above. Participants are prohibited from trespassing on private property, or violating any applicable laws, in preparing and undertaking their Contest entries. For those Subcontests involving animals, Participants are required to treat any animals humanely, kindly, and with respect.

9. PUBLICITY: Except where prohibited, a winner’s entry and acceptance of a Prize constitutes winner’s permission for the Sponsor and those acting under its authority to use said winner’s name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice and address (city and state only), and any photo and video submitted with the winner's entry on a worldwide basis, and in all forms of media, in perpetuity, for advertising or promotional purposes without review or further compensation.

10. GENERAL TERMS:
a. Any attempt by an entrant or other individual to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion, including but not limited to any fraudulent claims, is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should any such an attempt be made, Pit Viper reserves the right to seek remedies and damages (including attorneys’ fees) from any such individual, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. Any entrant engaging in any of the foregoing activities may be disqualified (and his/her entry will be void).
b. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Pit Viper in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflicts of law principles. All entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the Federal, state and local courts of Utah.
c. In the event of any conflict with any Promotion details contained in these Official Rules and Contest details contained in other Contest materials (including, without limitation, any point of sale, online or print advertising), the details of the Promotion as set forth in these Official Rules shall prevail.
d. This Contest is sponsored by Pit Viper. Pit Viper’s employees are not authorized to waive, modify or amend any provision or provisions of these Official Rules in any manner whatsoever. All questions, comments or complaints regarding this Contest must be submitted in writing to Pit Viper, 1159 W. Haven Avenue, Salt Lake City, UT 84115.
e. You may obtain a Winners List for the Contest and the Raffle by sending a self-addressed postage stamped (unless prohibited by state law) envelope to: Pit Viper, attn. Winners List, 1159 W. Haven Avenue, Salt Lake City, UT 84115. The Winners List will be sent within a reasonable time after the Prizes have been awarded.
f. Personal information collected from entrants will be used by Pit Viper in accordance with its Privacy Policy located at
https://www.pitviper.com/pages/privacy-policy. By submitting an entry in the
Contest, you agree to be bound by Pit Viper’s Privacy Policy. Personal information may be stored on Pit Viper’s servers, located in the United States.
