Pit Viper, LLC (“Pit Viper,” “we,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it by complying with this privacy notice (“Privacy Notice”). This Privacy Notice describes the type of information we may collect; who we may collect it from; and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information when you visit pitviper.com or any other website we own or license (collectively, the “Site”) or in connection with the products available on the Site (Site and products collectively, the “Offerings”).

Please read this Privacy Notice carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, you have the choice to not to use any of our Offerings. Pitviper.com uses cookies to help keep track of items you put into your shopping cart including when you have abandoned your cart and this information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via SMS.

Pages of our Site may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit us, for example, to count users who have visited those pages or for other related website statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain website content and verifying system and server integrity).

These third parties may use cookies alone or in conjunction with web beacons or other tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use our website. We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls.

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Offerings, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Our Marketing to You.  
If you do not wish to receive our marketing emails, you may unsubscribe by following the unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of the email or by contacting through the contact information in the How to Contact Us section at the bottom of this Privacy Notice. You may continue to receive service-related and other non-marketing emails.
If you choose to opt-out of targeted advertisements, you will still see advertisements online but they may not be relevant to you. Even if you do choose to opt out, not all companies that serve online behavioral advertising are included in this list, so you may still receive some cookies and tailored advertisements from companies that are not listed.
Using Your Information for Promotion of Pit Viper.
If you do not wish to have your contact information used by us to promote our own products or services, you can opt-out by emailing us at email found at the bottom of this Privacy Notice with your request. If we have sent you a promotional email, you may send us a return email asking to be omitted from future email distributions.

Accessing and Correcting Your Information.
You can review and change your personal information by accessing your account on the Site. You may also send us an email at info@pitviper.com to request access to, correct or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.


Links to Other Websites and Offerings.
We are not responsible for the practices employed by third party websites, applications, or services linked to or from our Site. We recommend the user review the privacy notices of other third party websites, applications, and/or services applications before authorizing a third-party access to your data.

Children Under the Age of 13.
Our Offerings is not directed at or intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any information to or on the Site. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on the Site or on or through any of its features/register or in connection with the Offerings. If we learn we have collected or received information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact us through the information at the How to Contact Us section at the bottom of this Privacy Notice.

Data Sharing: You currently mention that you share your customers' personal data with third party affiliates. You will need to specify that this does not apply to Klaviyo SMS. Please add the following text to the section mentioning data sharing:
"The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties."

Changes to Our Privacy Notice.
If you do not agree to this Privacy Notice or any of our other policies posted on the Site, do not use the Offerings.

In our sole discretion, we may revise this Privacy Notice from time-to-time. The Last Updated date is set forth at the top of this page. All changes are effective 15 days after the Last Updated date for current users and immediately for new users. Your continued use of the Offerings following the posting of this Privacy Notice means you accept and agree to the Privacy Notice. Additionally, we will notify you of changes via email.
